Before and After Shots: Where’s the Obama Love?

Two of the official White House photographs taken of the Obama national security team tell an interesting tale during and after the Osama bin Laden kill. The first was taken in the situation room (see who’s who) and the second in the East Room (who’s who), with POTUS off camera delivering remarks. (This backgrounder is a must read.)

  1. Photo #1 is brilliant, Obama is the smallest and lowest man (based on head height) in the room.
He posture and clothing are uncomfortably casual for his level of involvement (according to him) for this situation.

Someone remarked he looks like Edith Ann with knees drawn up and sitting on corner of table.

Actually, news reports are that he is still in his golf attire and was summoned from the golf course. No time to change.

  3. And the picture keeps giving, Obama and Biden are the only two on that side of the room. As in, these two were summoned from the golf course and bar, and everyone made room for them at the table for the photo op.
Obama would have to reach in Joe’s lap to get to the nearest laptop at the table.

  4. In find this interesting, but I would feel better about it with more sources.

  5. The Osama card WAS the most powerful card left in Obama’s deck, but I believe [he's] been Trumped. Obama’s long-form birth certificate isn’t even a good forgery!!!

  6. Goooooo TRUMP!

  7. You need to read this one: http://socyberty.com/issues/white-house-insider-obama-hesitated-panetta-issued-order-to-kill-osama-bin-laden/ – it has the ring of truth to it, and goes with those pics.

It would be interesting to know how the “instant crowd” cheering for the death of Osama magically appeared in front of the WHite House at 1100 pm on a Sunday nite. Did anyone else think the phony patriotism of these Obama groupies is becoming a theme–like the montage shown at the correspondents dinner? Phony patriotism and chants of “USA” to mock the Tea Party?

  9. Brenda J. Elliott

Not to mock the Tea Party as much as to mock patriotism.
