Flashback to October 29 when RBO reported on the Glenn Beck clips page about that new attack website, StopTheWitchHunt.org. Here’s what we wrote:
- It was all about free speech and the radicals in the White House who want to squelch it, stomp it out like a noxious bug, toss it into the abyss.
So what do we get now? Another progressive “coalition” and another big press announcement at its launch:
- Echo Justice, a coalition of national and local organizations launched a multi-media counter to the right-wing’s echo chamber. StopTheWitchHunt.org is a newly formed multimedia watch dog portal that will use social media and mobile communications to take a grassroots stand and “call out” the mischaracterizations and hate speech that has been going on for too long. [...]
The website is designed to give voice to the millions of Americans who believe it is time for talk-show hosts and elected officials to stop stoking the racial anxieties of the fringes of America.
Beck and his fellow band of hooligans have been telling scary stories about President Obama whom Limbaugh has disrespectfully referred to as “the little black man child.” Beck recently accused the biracial President of having “a deep-seated hatred for white people or the white culture.” And he has attacked a number of key Administration officials accusing them of being socialist and anti-American. Limbaugh, who has a history of making racially charged remarks about Obama, has called the mixed-race president “a halfrican American.” Days before the President’s inauguration in January, Limbaugh said, “I hope he fails” – the verbal equivalent of putting a razor blade in a candy apple.
StoptheWitchHunt.org is just the beginning of a multi-media campaign to support a new resistance to these Halloween Goons.
RBO asked who the “who” is behind this latest Obamaganda. The George Soros-funded Center for Media Justice.
We found that Echo Justice is a campaign by FoxNewsBoycott.com.
RBO did not discover who the coalition members are, as Center for Media Justice does not say. StoptheWitchHunt.org does not say. Echo Justice does not say.
However, Noel Sheppard reported yesterday at NewsBusters that, thanks to an internet savvy tipster, Bret A. Gehring, NewsBusters “discovered an organizational link” to none other than admitted communist, and former “Green Jobs Czar”, Van Jones.
It’s just too bad that the Obama administration and all those very smart folks with whom it is associated don’t understand that Google and WHOIS — and anyone with a computer connected to the internet — can out them every time.
This time it was the domain registration contact address that snagged them, the “them” being Center for Media Justice and Van Jones.
As it turns out, the former name for the Center for Media Justice is the Youth Media Council. Both entities, the latter actually being the same as the former, are physically located at 1611 Telegraph Avenue, Suite 510, Oakland, California.
The short of it is that the Youth Media Council “was founded in 2001 as a two-year pilot project at We Interrupt This Message (Interrupt). A media strategy center for the racial justice movement since the early 90s, Interrupt founded the YMC to increase the media strategy and capacity of the youth organizing sector.”
The Interrupt.org board of directors shows none other than Van Jones and the Ella Baker Center at the top of the list.
But, of course, Sheppard discovered that this is not the end of the connection. Following the Center for Media Justice to its FaceBook page he discovered the September 29 message “Tell Fox News to Stop the Witch Hunts! Join CMJ and Color of Change to stop Glenn Beck’s program!”
Color of Change, of course, is another Van Jones entity, the same one that has been running the campaign to get advertisers to boycott Glenn Beck and Fox News.
Sheppard adds:
- But this gets better, for CMJ’s Facebook post sent readers to its “Actions” page. There, readers can find a September 11 headline, “Tell Fox News to Stop the Witch Hunts!” The embedded link sent readers to — wait for it!!! — Color of Change’s Beck petition.
This was posted at CMJ’s website just five days after Jones was forced to resign as Obama’s green jobs czar.
Now, roughly seven weeks later, a new coalition has been created using the same phrase “Stop the Witch Hunt” for its name, and its contact person works for CMJ which was not only founded by an organization whose Board of Directors includes Jones, but also worked with Jones’s Color of Change to get advertisers to stop sponsoring Beck.
Snap!!!

Just a Halloween funny, of course, IMO, of which I am still allowed to have, well, at the moment while I still have the right of freedom of speech until “His Royal Pain in the Asspirations” Barack Obama, tries to take it away. Where I live, there isn’t a prayer for Obama and his underworld cult takeover lunatics, to be of any power…My favorite halloween costume at a HUGE event party???, Obama Bin Ladin.
“They must think we’re all dummies”
Some of us recently picked up our very first copy of Guns and Ammo. And read it. Fair to say … our budget priorities have changed. Since we’ve been bequeathed so much hope.
At least they could be more creative instead of using tags to link themselves with everything they are doing under a different name. And, they think we are dumb? Yeah, right!
