So, word has it that Judas Richardson has withdrawn his name as PEBO’s nominee for Secretary of Commerce.
New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, tapped in December by President-elect Barack Obama to serve as secretary of Commerce, has withdrawn his name for the position, citing a pending investigation into a company that has done business with his state.“Let me say unequivocally that I and my Administration have acted properly in all matters and that this investigation will bear out that fact,” he said Sunday in a report by NBC News’ Andrea Mitchell. “But I have concluded that the ongoing investigation also would have forced an untenable delay in the confirmation process.”
A federal grand jury is investigating how a California company that contributed to Richardson’s political activities won a New Mexico state contract worth more than $1 billion. Richardson said in a statement issued by the Obama transition office that the investigation could take weeks or months but expressed confidence it will show he and his administration acted properly.
You know what they say about paybacks (not the same thing at all as related to Richardson’s alleged pay-to-play antics).

But some Clinton supporters may detect a different message in the body language of the aborted hug between Richardson, who started to put both his arms around his former friend, and Hillary Clinton who seemed to pull back.
We’re going to call it a pushug, an embrace that looks like a hug for appearance’s sake but carries no intimacy or friendship whatsoever.

Sources tell ABC News that officials on the Obama Transition Team feel that before he was formally offered the job of commerce secretary, New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson was not forthcoming with them about the federal investigation that is looking into whether the governor steered a state contract towards a major financial contributor.

Here are 3 quick pay-to-play situations Obama was involved in, now will they ever be investigated?
1-Michelle Obama obtaining higher incomes and Board seats based on Obama becoming a US Senator!
2-After a major Exelon leak in upstate Illinois, Obama given and takes on the task of writing up strong legislation to protect the people from Nuclear spills and the forthcomings from it including clean up. Unfortunately, after Obama meets with John Rowe, CEO and Chair of Exelon, all the people of Illinois got was another bagman for Obama’s campaigning finaincing in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, and David Axelrod, who’s biggest client at the time was Exelron!
3- Obama finally caves to voter pier pressure and goes off to see the Crown family over the loss of jobs at Maytag and comes out of the meetings with huge bagman for his campaign financing and links for his wife to get better jobs at the U of C hospital, and add to this Obama changing his vote he proclaimed he’d fight to the bitter end on FISA because the Crown family are major stock holders in several phone companies in the US!
Let’s not forget Obama’s appointment approvals for hospital boards as recommended by convicted criminal Rezko while Obama was a State Senator and Rezko being Obama’s largest bagman at the time!
And the list goes on and on, Richardson is a peanut player compared to the Selected next POTUS…….lol

Why if Obama was NOT on the wiretaps of Blago doing or saying something that could be held against him was he interviewed with his lawyer by the Feds regarding Blago?
Unless he was on these tapes in a compromising situation there was no need for him to go WITH AN ATTORNEY and meet with the Feds.
Or was he trying to cover his own butt and give evidence against Blago volunteerily to help himself out???
